The Russell 2000 rallied +2.13%. The Dow dashed +1.22%.

Every sector settled higher. Utilities and real estate advanced more than 2.5%. Industrials and basic materials bounced ~+1.5%.

New 52-Week Highs crushed New Lows — 214 vs. 4.

Forestar Group ($FOR) is the best of the best. The real estate development company ripped +6.31% and closed at an all-time high.
